I have been on Jenny Craig twice in my life. Both times I slowly but surely lost the weight. Unfortunately both times I also slowly but surely gained the weight back. While Jenny Craig does teach you alot about portion control it does not help you gradually head back into normal eating. The prepacked meals are a no brainer and I truly believe you have to change the way you think about food and preparing it yourself would be a good way to do that.
