I hope Kmart survives in its own image,helped by Martha Stewart and the old Kresge values. Its employees shine compared to the Sears/Kmart employees in this area.It looks as if the warehousing and distribution have not worked to help the store near me. Prices are not particularly competitive.I found that EsterC in the store I visited was the highest price in the area. Also the clearance bins contained unusable junk at near the original prices. Values were best in Garden shop. Basic editions have been my granddaughter's standby since prep school days in Philadelphia. Now I can use her handmedowns. They are in good shape.
