I think everyone has the right to voice their opinions, this website is specially designed to improve Sears, and any negative criticism (as long as it is presented logically) should be helpful towards making Sears a better place to shop or to work for.

I do not think any one can get in trouble by just voicing their dissatisfaction with their employer, you can never make everyone happy, so you can never expect to have a 100% satisfied employee force.
