I have been forwarded you question regarding your local Kmart closing. I have spoken with several pharmacies and have been instructed that your prescription records are in the stores computer system and can be accessed by one of the managers. If for some reason they have been taken out you can sign a release form that will be sent to the corporate office. You will then be contacted by the corporate office and can be provided a copy of your prescription records.
