You may want to try going through GE directly, unless you have a protection agreement. GE's microhoods unfortunately don't have the same quality as some other brands, and do tend to be prone to having problems much more so than others. If you do have a protection agreement, call 800 4 MY HOME and have them take care of it. Otherwise, try GE's customer support. The phone number should be inside the microwave, or at www.geappliances.com.
