Along with this comment on the broken lock on the handicapped women's dressing room door in our Sears store in Quintard Mall, I also am in receipt of your email to me, same subject. The door had a real knob that closes and connects but did not actually lock. The lock was replaced and the stall door now locks.
Again, we appreciate your comments to help us improve our stores.

Regarding your comments on the Sears store lettering. We agree that the brown letters do blend into the brown building. We are hoping to get new blue or white signs for this store.

After reading your comments on the lighting in the Sears store at Quintard Mall in Oxford, AL, our Region Facilities Director visited the store and found a bank of 4 lights out due to a bad breaker over the department and a couple of bad ballast in a few other lights. Repairs were done and the lights are now up to standard. Also, the store is scheduled for a group relamp next year and this will boost light levels at least 10%. Thank you for your comments. They made a difference in our store. I hope you will see a big improvement on your next visit to our store.
