American Airlines
I am reviewing American Airlines ..... On a recent military business flight, my husband was scheduled both to and from Reno, NV out of Killeen, TX (Fort Hood), on American Airlines. At both locations his flights were cancelled and he had to scramble for his own flights on another airline. He was to have left Reno at 2pm but was forced to stay an extra night. American put him up in Reno when they cancelled his homebound flight but they did not accomodate on a returning flight. Instead, he and others had to reschedule via Delta each way.
