It took my FoREVER to get this thing started!! I had to call the help line and even that didnt really help. I got it to start once and when I did it worked great but once I stopped I couldnt get it to go again. Perhaps I had a defective one but Sears has a great return policy and switched it for me. So now I hope this one doesnt have the same issues.
Oh I really liked how the line is SUPER easy to feed - that was a major issue for us with our last weed wacker.
