What an inspirational story and I'm so glad to hear that exercise is working so well for you! I teach step, kickboxing, boot camp, functional strength (sculpt), and yoga. I never thought I would like yoga--I had just gotten a certification to help out in case an instructor needed a sub. Well, when I went out to have my daughter in September 2007, the regular yoga instructor turned in her notice and left. I think God has a sense of humor because He knew that Id never do something like that for myself on a regular basis without a bit of nudging. I've really found great benefits in taking and teaching yoga in particular and am currently working on an added yoga certification that's pretty detailed. For years my doctor has thought I have had lupus, but after changing my diet (I have symptoms of celiac disease) and continuing regular exercise, I don't tend to have nearly as many problems with my joints. I'm so glad that I've "met" you online and hope to read more reviews by you!
