I just wanted to inform you that im disappointed at how my case is being handled. I am due a refund and I haven't received anything and I leave numerous messages for representatives assigned to me and no one ever calls me back. I was told by Tony that he would send me an E-gift card for $50 via email and I haven't received anything. This is terrible. I am only wanting my money for items i never received. This is truly messed up. My order was well over $100. money I could have used for gifts for my children but I haven't received anything back. I was also told that I would received a bank check or $33.98 from KMART but its been more than 10 days and I haven't received it either. I am a mother of 3 children , one being a new born, This is money i need. Thanks for your time and i truly appreciate it if you could assist me with taking care of this matter
