budget diner, Frequent Diner, into trying new things, married, appreciate nice things
Quartino's is literally my wife and I's most frequented restaurant in Chicago, of course it doesn't hurt that we live across the street. We love this place because first, the food is fantastic. Portions are smaller (but are priced appropriately) and there is no traditional coursing, the food's brought out when its ready. People are encouraged to share their dishes (plenty of sharing plates are left on the table).
