Kenmore Elite Refrigerator
This is on the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator. We bought this refrigerator back in 2005 and I absolutely hate it. We have had nothing but problems with it. Fortunately we had the extended service plan until about a year ago, and then we let it drop because we have a home warranty program for our appliances. However, all they do is replace parts. The whole refrigerator has been practically replaced and I still have problems with it. My particular problem now is stuff in the back of the refrigerator is freezing. I have ice inside of my containers. I have had it looked at and I hear one excuse...
