My fiance and I have been customers of T-Mobile for over 3 years now. All in all, we are very satisfied with the company and have no plans of switching service providers.
Getting in contact with T-Mobile customer service is usually quite easy. The wait times are very low and if for some reason our phones don't have any signal, we are able to jump on their website and speak to a customer service rep via chat.
