Best Buy

“Best Buy's credit card C.S. is a nightmare. ”

It was a great day when we got a Best Buy Credit Card. It probably still would be a great credit card if the call to customer service never happened. I called to ask if Best Buy would wave the annual fee. They told me yes. Well what I didn't know is it takes 2 months to get the credit. The card was paid off, so waving the fee my balance was suppose to be zero. Well when I got the next months bill I had a late fee charge. This happened in Febuary. It is now July, I had to close the account. Send numerous e-mails, and too many phone calls to clear up the late fees. It was a nighmare. ...

Yeah...I could have told you that..Best Buy is lacking...last time I was in one of their stores (and ironically, it was located in a building that is a 1930's building that was a Sears Roebuck for years) they were rude as hell to me....
