Loved the grill...excellent value. Everything the description states about the grill is true. However, the problem I had was the SEARS store itself. I told the salesperson that I did not want the maintenance agreement and he rung it up on me anyway. I also stated I wanted the 12 month promotional same as cash using my SEARS credit card and he did not bother to ring it up this way. Why is it when you deal with the larger stores you have the "I dont care attitude" but when I lived in Madisonville KY I had no problem with the little home store???
