Aspartame Sweetener
My husband and I both tried to lose weight and we used Equal sweetener for our cereal and coffee. After about one week I mentioned to him that my muscles in my upper arms and shoulders were aching and he said he had the same problem. We went over what we had been eating and drinking and the only thing we had started using that was different was the Equal.
We stopped using the Equal and in about a week the aches went away. Just to see if it was the problem we tried it again after a few weeks and the same thing happened. We are now using Splenda and have not got the pains at all. ...
