i bought these to help me when i sprained my foot so that i could still work, and boy did they help. when you put them on its like a hug from somthing soft and fuzzy, and when you walk its like stepping on a cloud. the only draw back was they only had a size thats a little small for me so they rub my heels kinda sore, but once i wear them in that wont be a problem, and its not the shoes fault if it was a perfect fit, the shoe would be heaven
