I'm sorry to hear about this - what a disappointment!! Unfortunately, I don't think there's anything we can do to replace the damaged parts. Do you have homeowner's or renter's insurance? If so, you may check your policy as some do cover this type of incident. I'm really sorry to hear it... please let me know how this turns out for you! Thanks, Erin
