Craftsman Professional 10 in. Contractor Saw (Sears#21833)
I just picked up this saw today, and am in thy assembly process now. I just wanted to give a quick first impression,and I will follow, up with a performance report after using it for a while.
First I just wish to make it clear that I am, in no way, a professional woodworker and this view is given from someone that has only owned the cheaper, DIY home duty saws over the years, and finally, after about thirty years of hobby woodworking, decided it was time I deserved a better quality of tool.
My first impression is that this is one Heavy saw. I read this as much more stable and safer to use....
