Whirlpool 24" Built-In Dishwasher with Adaptive Wash (DU1301XTV)

Whirlpool 24" Built-In Dishwasher with Adaptive Wash (DU1301XTV)

My new push-button energy star Whirlpool dishwasher cleans & rinses dishes well and runs quiet. Has adaptive wash mode, so it makes dish washing easy for the busy home.   It senses how dirty dishes are & size of load  and washes them accordingly.  It does not take forever to wash the dishes even in normal cycle.  Has two top & bottom spray water arms so dishes get washed and rinsed top to bottom.  Removable silverware/utensil holder is hooked onto inside of door which leaves extra room for dishes in trays.

This dishwasher has nylon trays that will never rust. Has different size of rows in...

To Pahtah,
My name is Brian and I am part of the Sears Cares escalations team. I am sorry to hear about these issues you’re having with the dishwasher and the problems you have had in the past. Obviously we do hate to see issues like this happen and we want to do all we can to correct them. From the content of the post, it seems as if you may be in a more rural area or small town and that is typically when we must use more local contractors to handle service and installation issues for us. This also happens in larger cities where there are too many installations to be handled by the local team. This being said, we do hold those local contractors to the same level of competence and capability as we do Sears installer and technicians. As it pertains to Installations and service, they are Sears and we are responsible for their work when it is done on our behalf. You were given inaccurate information that they are not responsible. We should have contacted the folks who oversee the operations in your area to be sure the situation got resolved. We need to do that now for you. When the normal process fails, then we step in and provide solutions. At your convenience, please contact my office via email at searscares@searshc.com and we will be happy to assist you. In the email, please provide a contact phone number and the phone number the dishwasher was purchased under (if different than the contact phone number) and we will call you directly. Also, please provide the screen name (Pahtah) used to post here for reference to this issue, and we do look forward to talking to you soon.

Thank you,
Brian J.
