This is, without a doubt, the best Braun shaver I have yet owned. I'm only on my 2nd Braun but have had Norelco and a few others over the years--all quite disappointing. This shaver gives a quick, comfortable and irritation-free shave. It is quiet compared to the older Brauns and fits comfortably in the hand. It is light-weight and compact. In addition, the cleaning/recharging station is twice as quiet as the one for my old Braun. That it can function as a corded and cordless shaver is a giant benefit.
