Directv has to have the worst and most horrible service in the world. We have been customer for almost 3 yrs and no discounts to us. We were having problems with our 2 mth old HD receiver...again...so we call and after spending hours on the phone, they finally decide that it needs to be replaced. Shipping at our expense...had a few words for them for that.
