This will definitely be a first for the event. Every year it tends to get bigger and better... with more participants. I will leave your act up to you. For the most part, I arrange parking with those decorating vehicles into a big circle. Part of the event is under our portion of the covered sidewalk. I have those setting up booths or games arrange themselves in the parking spaces while leaving the center open. A large line (nearly 6000 last year) then walks from station to station.
This year, I am working on getting more "act" driven stations. I am working with the local cheerleaders and dance organizations to set up a show. I am trying to get a live band. And of course your offer. I am really open to anything. If you need a make shift stage, I will arrange it. If you would prefer to move about, that is fine as well.
You tell me what you need and I will make it happen. I will have a sound/PA system available with a cordless mic. In addition I will have two local radio stations on hand. I am also working with our local TV stations to see if I can get some additional coverage.
