I have gone to this Sears portrait studio since my first child was born over 8 years ago. I keep going, so it must be tolerable. : ) Over the years they have changed policies a few times, and changed photographs many more times. The "photographers" don't seem to have any experience, and are sometimes even rude. And lately, they don't seem to know what's going on with all the coupons and deals and packages available.
