I actually won a recipe contest in our local newspaper and rec'd a gift certificate of which I purchased a 7 cup Cuisinart food processor, something I never had before.  LOVE IT !!   Since I like to eat and ultimately love to cook, honestly have no idea why I spent all the time before cutting up stuff when I could use this neat machine.  It sits on my counter along with my VitaMix and FoodSaver.  It's very easy to clean.
