Element - 37 in. (Diagonal) Class LCD Integrated HDTV (720p)

I enjoy the Element 37" TV and it does what I need it to do, for my budget. I get what I pay for. There are alot of nice features that I wish it had. This Tv CANNOT produce a true black, even with the contrast tweated the blacks are really more of a gray. The overall styling of the TV is pretty bland.

I'm glad I purchased the 5 years of protection on this product because Sears stopped carrying Element and if mine goes south, they will have to give me a new, similar TV... which will likely be a Vizio. (FAR better than Element).

In response to sammen89's comment from Jul 27, 2009:

That's all part of the Consultative Career Path. I don't know whether the cards are part of the system anymore (my guess is they've been eliminated), but the CCP still exists. If you go to the intranet, and go to Brand Central > Library > Selling Solutions > Consultative Career Path, you should be able to find the information you seek. And, of course, check with your HR lead and BC manager, as they'll have more information.
