Kenmore Elite 21.0 cu. ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
Our $1800.00 four year old Sears Elite Kenmore frig just pooped out. The compressor went bad. We called for an appointment and the repairman was suppose to show up the next day between 8 and 5:00. He never showed nor did he call. At 5:30 I called to check the appointment and they said the service man tried calling twice. That's not true because I had my cell phone on my hip all day. The next appointment they wanted to schedule was four days later. I told them to stick it. I know a Sears repairman who will do it after hours and alot cheaper so I'm going with him.
