After two months of use, the washer lid has locked (mid-wash) and cannot be opened. I visited the website review page to find the very same complaint. My husband and I purchased the washer with caution having read the reviews online. The concerns ranged from bad mother boards to clothes not coming out clean. But, a confident sales representative at the store assured us we were in good hands.
