What do customer want from a business?
Hello! As the owner of the Sheltra Insurance Group based in Yuma, Arizona, I am always interested in what customers are looking for from my type of business.
Example: Would you be more interested in having quality customer service, even if the insurance product is a tiny bit more expensive than another insurance office that may not treat you as well, or is price the biggest factor that may cause you to put up with poor service but save a buck or two?
I pride myself on the fact that we offer both anyway: fast, friendly customer service and the lowest possible price that we can find for a customers insurance needs. We have even upgraded our services to our web site of: sheltrainsurance.com to make shopping for insurance even easier.
That said, do you think that the Internet is taking away from "hands on" customer service, so that the customer service aspect I was questioning above doesn't even play in as a factor when you're shopping around?
Do you find that, as a customer: you want customer service? Or, "I'm shop more by the web, don't need direct customer service as much or at all"?
Or, do you search for a company like ours that offers both?
Thank you for your feedback. I truly appreciate your input so that my office can continue to strive on how best to service our existing and potential new customers.
