Kenmore High-Efficiency 2.7 cu. ft. Front-Load Washing Machine (4041)
I bought this machine Sept 21.2005. I was happy with it until Sept 26, 2009 and during a spin cycle It started making a loud knocking sound. I stopped it immediately. I called sears for repair when he came out he looked at it for about 10 mins and gave the news they could fix it it would cost between 475.00 to 615.00 that was more than I paid for it. Then the repair man said that It would be better to just get a a new washer I was very disappointed I really think they should stop making this model If It only last 4 years.I also think I should get a refund of some sort.
