Rival Crock Pot - Slow Cooker 6-Quart 6030
I love the actual operation of this crockpot. However, the handles and the dial need to be made of sturdier stuff; I think they get abused during shipping to the retail stores. I have had to return every one I have ever bought because of broken or chipped handles/dials when I got the box open at home or something broke off the first time I used it. Maybe better packing material or metal pieces would help!
