I agree with you. I work in Redlands,ca . And live in Hesperia,ca. The Redlands store is neat staff are friendly. The Redlands store usuallu has what i'm looking for. Whereas Hesperia is cluttered. The staff seemed bothered when you need there help. I don't even bother asking them to unlock their electronic games and movies. Because they take well over 45min. one time. So why bother. Relands don't have anything under lock.

Thank you for your comments on the Kmart store in Vernal, UT. We are working hard to update the look and feel of this store. Last year the store was repainted in the interior. We've updated the counter tops in the restrooms. We've stripped and waxed the floors just recently. We have a program called Clean and Bright and each store has to meet the requirements set for this program. This store should meet all necessary requirements by end of August.
We hope you will visit our Kmart store in Vernal, UT again and see improvements since your visit last May.
