promotional program
I went to Sears on July 19th to purchase gift card with my tax check to get the 10% bonus cards. The employee at the register was not aware of the program so he called another employee over. This second person did not know the facts so we went to a third employee. Same results. The second employee said he would ask a manager and went in to the back room. After returning he said the manager informed him the program ended on the 18th. Iaccepted this as true and continued shopping with my wife in another department. after about 10 minutes a commercial for the tax promo came over the in store speakers....
