So I ordered a vacuum cleaner online that the store in my area DOES have in stock. I placed my order at 10:30 am and had to call customer service at 7 pm because my purchase order and profile information didn't work and I had not recieved an email confirmation of my order. I then get an email that says my order had been recieved after hours and would be processed first thing the next business day and that I would recieve a "ready to pick up order" email later the next day as well.
