I recently met 2 friends for lunch at Chili's Restaurant. We arrived around 1:30, well after the lunch rush. In spite of the fact that 2 of us ordered soup and salad from the "Lunch Express" menu (which we were led to believe would expedite our service) it was more than 40, yes, forty minutes before our food arrived. The soup was just above room temperature when it was brought to our table.
