You have issues with our race being involved with sears customer service and you are saying lots of negative points about Filipinos who are being paid not only to read a script given to them by american sears employes, but exerting more effort, taking an extra mile and further study and resolving SEARS customer's concerns.....Well im one of that race and im proud to be a FILIPINO...... We earn money by helping out people, caring for others even though they are not our race or close friends..... We dont earn money by being so boastful, arrogant, and being so wasteful in anything....... Learn to respect other people regardless of race, background and status...... sometimes sounding preachy is needed when other people turn you down and insulting you..... Tke note of that PAL..... have a pleasant one!

To answer one of your questions about my Idea post on "Taking Control Of Your Points"

The situation I am referring to seems to be isolated attacks on a group of randomly selected individuals, including myself. Community managers became aware of the situation even before I brought it to their attention.

I'm not a Sears employee and my contributions here are equally on a volunteer basis as any other who may join. To have points for Ideas attacked as they have been is a disruption of community activities. Personal feelings about how things are ran here are varied and are to be expected since the emotions here span the range between love & hate.

I participate here with the knowledge and understanding that things, and people, are never perfect in life period. Sears has been around since the dawn of man so to speak. Sears is a survivor of the ages. Some folks hate Sears while others show love. The haters know how to antagonize with crass comments and crude language and now someone strikes at the points system for Ideas.

Having Sears remove the ability for any person to deliberately drive Idea points into the negative range is kinda like a parent avoiding purchases of cookies for their kids because their kids had been invading the cookie jar.

Hi tashiro-We have read your comments in regards to the focus of the site. I think you can agree, this site is here for many reasons-the main purpose is discussing Sears, the products they sell, and customer experiences. Because it is a Sears sponsored social networking site, there are occasional instances where some marketing for Sears is done on the site. We have heard your feedback, and it will be taken into account. We did need to remove a few of your repetitive posts, as they disrupt the integrity of the site. Thank you for understanding, and for any future, constructive posts.
