My old washing machine and dryer were 21 years old and never had a problem with either one. Washer was leaking, dryer was perfect but I felt if I was going to buy new, it might as well be both. I saw those front loaders and thought "Wow". But I was worried about reliability. I wanted to make the right choice so I signed up to Consumer Reports and found out that this was rated #1.
