Kenmore Range - Electric
I purchased a Kenmore Elite Electric Range in November 2007 and last week the oven door hinge broke. The oven is rarely used so I was quite surprised to see it fail so early in it's life. The oven cannot be used until it is fixed because the door literally cannot be closed properly. I called the number listed on the original receipt and began what can only be described as torture! After navigating the automated call screener, I finally did talk to a person...then another...then another and on and on until ultimately, it became apparent that nobody at Sears can satisfactorily resolve the broken...
