Craftsman 33cc Full Crank Gas String Trimmer.Features straight shaft convertible trimmer.
I replaced the previous model when the ignition went out (3 yrs) on my other Craftsman trimmer, it would cost $100 to fix. I am 6'2" and the straight shaft is a good fit. This trimmer (79117) has the spark plug and an exhaust vent on the top of the engine. The balance was good for me but when I rested my forearm on the engine for control it burns your arm, the casing is extremely hot. The pevious model was long and thin with the exhaust and spark plug on the bottom. I wanted the split boom so I could use the attachments instead of having 3-4 separate units.
