we were really dissappointed in the service concerning our tv the date was january 5 2009 hours between 1and 5 p.m. we had to go to the funeral home we were home at 1;05 p.m he had left a message on our answering mavhine we had missed our appointment and had to reschedule we think that was wrong thats why you have appointments he did not call back to see if we were home
