Since the new President (Dr. Garcia) came aboard, CSUDH's customer service has become better. Dr. Garcia is serious about handing down the hammer if anyone does not focus on the student - I tried it, I used her philosophy after I was not handled in a positive manner. I told the university representative that I would contact Dr. Garcia for talking inappropriately and conveying an 'I don't care attitude' about my situation. The representative shaped up and took care of my needs immediately.
