I don't see how the Eureka Sears Store stays in business. Their clerks never look you in the eye while you're shopping and I've NEVER been asked if they could help me. This is not only recently but has been their attitude for over a decade. I finally stopped going because they act like they're doing you a favor to allow you in the store! We have this past year purchased a Maytag washer/dryer but drove three hours to Home Depot rather than go one hour to local Sears. We have also purchased a sofa, looking for another.
