“the service sucks”

I received a furance tune up coupon from Sear on Sept. 28th. I have had no luck gitting Sears to send someone to do the work. I've been calling for a month.  3 times your people told me appointments had been made but nobody called or showed up.

I have spoken to 20 of your nitwits at 20 different 800 lines and still no results. I kept a record of each call, each promise and each failure of Sears to help.

The last gal I spoke to told me to go look in the Yellow Pages, she was a real dope, her name is Wanda.

Check your computor records for ph. # 781-749-0474. you see most of what I have been through.

Now the same BS is happening thru emails.
