I thought I had DVR'd The River but something went wrong and it didn't record. I saw the trailers for it earlier that day and it looked pretty scary. I'll have to see if I can find it on Hulu.

Looking for a new T.V

I say that smaller flat screens are more useful in limited spacing. Often people try to put the biggest flat screen they can find in their home in a small space and it ends up being more of an obstacle than an enjoyment. If you're looking for more ways to use diverse tv sizes, I say put a medium, maybe 20" flatscreen in your living room in a bookshelf or somewhere that it will be in the wall, to reduce excess chords, etc. For a larger tv for football weekends, etc., perhaps invest in a larger one for the basement or a game room where the space isn't limited.

How to throw a great game day party!

Great tips! I must agree that eating is a main event while watching a game! If we have people over for a game, we usually cook a big bowl of chili-easy to eat and everyone loves it.

Are you ready for some football?

I'm typically not a football fan but I do get caught up in the excitement from time to time. A few weeks back I went to the first Navy game of the season and that was a good time. I didn't think I'd be into tailgating but it was lots of fun. Of course I just waltzed into the party and didn't have to lift a finger so that was a plus LOL. It's still too warm here for me to get into football. That game was HOT and took forever since it was on TV. That said, I'm sure I'll be back there again later in the season for another game.
