Barack obama got elected because of racism. If we didnt live in such a politically correct society where people judge people on race, his experience and government plans would not have gotten him elected. I'm not saying obama played in to the race card, I think hes pretty upstanding (met him once down here), but his campaign and the democrats definitely did.

I feel when people stop talking about racism, or to racist people, then it will finely die. As long as we keep re-affirming that there is an idea that people are different based on skin pigment, then people will be affected by it. If everyone cut the racist people out of their lives, and stopped talking about them, we'd live in a much more equal country.

I make sure to Thank God and My Lucky Stars Everyday that Barrack H. Obamma is NOOOOOOOO George W. Bush. Also that he is an excellant testament to a behavior the world should learn from and remember!! COMPASSION it's an emotion my bud peeps and it was given to us for a reason. Use it and enjoy it!!

Oh? Did somebody say he was black? Color?! Not a concept in my book or eyes?! Just don't see it I'm afraid. No I'm not legaly color blind either...~~

America's the world's melting pot, remember? The recent elections show that most people in America aren't concerned about skin color but instead are looking for an articulate, realistic world leader.

There are so many other things we should be concerned about like maybe helping our own neighbors who's names we don't even know. It would be really cool if everyone went out of there way to introduce themselves to someone they didn't know that lives just a few houses away. I wonder if these new friendships, over time, make the whole community a better place?

If you haven't noticed, everyone is mixed with something. Even if you have a little black in you, you are still considered black. Whether Obama is biracial or not, he is still our new President. You can get over it! This is a historical event and will be in history books for years to come. Even if he is biracial, He is the first biracial (black and white) president in history. Thank you.

I don't care for either Barack Obama or John McCain. I believe that our country believes what ever the media feeds them and that most people don't research the canidates before they vote. I think everyone should spend more time looking at the canidates voting records and not so much time voting for someone because of their race or gender. It would be historical if someone was voted in for telling the truth not what everyone wants to hear. Politicians are just a joke...the way our country is going is just a joke. It is all about the rich getting richer and people believe they are free here. Ask yourself this....do you ever actually own anything? The answer is no. If you get your house paid off you still have to pay taxes on it and if you don't they will take your house. Taxing the people goes against what is writen in the constitution. Taxes were made to tax companies and goods....not to tax people on their postions. If you don't believe me look it up and actually read what is written. I think it is a crime people are going to jail for not paying this tax, because this tax is unlawful. People on those juries should be ashamed and they should have asked for a copy of the constitution before they sent their felllow americans to prison. Sorry that was just a side note. Ron Paul would have been a great president....but the media labled him as crazy and we sheep followed suit. Before we lable someone as being a nut I think we should do the research on what they are saying...and I am not talking about going to media web sites for advice what a joke.
