7 of the 23 Customer submitted comment on SEARS' Facebook page are negative and noone there is responding to them. http://budurl.com/xnq9 This is a VERY bad idea.
Check with LunaWeb (my company) who provides Facebook consulting and can help out immediately (901-888-5862). If not, PLEASE answer these folks. Ignoring the complaints is hurting SEARS' Credibility.
