      <description>&lt;p&gt;I guess California is different than other states.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yellow = Loading Zone&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Blue = Handicapped Parking&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Red = Fire Lane - NO Parking&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And, for color blind/busy people, every handicap parking space is individually labeled with a SIGN, warning people to not park, unless they have a handicapped placard displayed hanging from their rear view mirror.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Using blue paint would be an easy way to find handicapped parking, I agree. I wonder if the color of paint used for public places like parking lots is determined by the state/local government? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Do you sometimes have&amp;nbsp;a hard time finding parking?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Parking is allowed in front of stores in the mall at the yellow painted curb.Why not paint them blue for the handicapped. syl&lt;/p&gt;</description>
