Don't feel bad about the employee ineligibility.
Employees shopping at Sears are also not allowed to submit CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Surveys) evaluations on their service experience, while shopping at Sears.
Normally, using your employee discount card stops the survey invitation from even printing on the register receipt.
Pity...
There are some excellent Sales Associates, that deserve more POSITIVE recognition than they're getting now.
IBM had a similar employee suggestion program, a few years back.
You could only submit a suggestion concerning something that you did not have any in-depth experience with (any OTHER department than yours).
