Lockedrebates

anyone with problems with rebates.  Sears said they never received my submission online now I am not entitled to a rebate - need some advice - I am planning to return the washing machine I bought.

How is sears correcting their policies to correct these sort of issues? Rather than solving them on a case by case basis?

There is a 48 hour electronic rebate submission "waiting period", to give the machine's time to load the sales information.

Then there is a confirmation email.

Then there is a 30 day waiting period (atleast in my case).

An email of order processing.

And, eventually a gift card is mailed out.
