One of the ironies of this site is that no one on this site from Sears has the authority to change the rules "before" the volcanoe erupts, you fix after the fact....I dont see any statements from the "executive branch" from Hoffman. Its a Dog and Pony Show....

iA sad statement but very true....feels this site may be run by the same folks who run the CSAT site ( Link Group) and what ever is done by all the comments surveyed ??? No one evers finds out , they just are wating to get the $ 4,000 gift which their odds are somewhat not published.

Read the comments, make changes, not just meeting your parity numbers per stoe from week to week, customers need to see changes and so do your employees..

its not business as usual   but business for the better based on consumer comments...
